Quick to join, feature rich, great customer service

Was an utter doddle to create a current account with Starling and transfer everything over from NatWest, who wanted to charge silly money for the privilege of having an overdraft facility. Lots of features to use - spaces, rounding up savings, Euro accounts and more - even better when combined with a business account! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Amazing service

What an amazing bank, I have made people switch many times to this bank account. I also have a business account which is great. The transactions are instant, customer service is quick and responsive and they get things done. I don’t think I’ll ever use a high street bank again! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Easy, visual, fresh

I signed up for personal account in order to get a business account and didn't expect to use it - but have totally converted as I really love the interface which helps me manage my money and savings. Its all been very straightforward and easy to use so can't comment on what its like if something goes wrong but given experience so far confident that would be dealt with well. Transparent and easy to use.

absolutely fabulous

I started with a current account that would give me the best exchange rates and no fees to withdraw cash overseas. Since then I have opened a business account, and an extremely useful euro account. Highly recommended to everyone! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

I never really liked banks before...
