Straightforward, friendly bank

A no-nonsense, straightforward, friendly bank. They gave me a personal account when none of the big banks would. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Love my new account!

I was a little wary of changing my bank to one that’s not on the high street BUT I’ve had no issues with them at all. They have 24/7 help available. They don’t charge me extra fees for purchases made in different currencies. I’ve also been able to open a free business account for my small start up business. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Makes me feel good about money!

They are very fantastic cog I called they sort it out ASAP they are very good when I check my spending on my app they break down my expense so I know how much I spend on food transport and son on when money does out of my account I see the text straight away have been banking for over 18 year never seen any bank this fantastic Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
