Just great banking.

Always 100% fantastic. Usually it's hard to get excited about a bank account but Starling have it all sorted and they even pay interest. The card is great - including the "only work when near to my mobile phone function" The easy of use abroad to pay for things using the card or pulling cash from a local ATM in the local currency and being charged a good conversion rate and no commission. It;s so good I've opened a business account too. And yes, I'd recommend it 100% to anyone. Go get your account! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

No fuss and easy to use

Having banked with one of the big 3 UK banks for 40 years I grew increasing frustrated by the bureaucracy in operating both my personal and business accounts. Time for a change. I chose Starling because it was easy to open up the new accounts and to start yo use. 6 months later i am a fan and now the rest of my family has joined. Keep up the good work. Easy to set up and use.

Had a fantastic experience banking with Starling. It was easy to set up and has everyday banking is so easy. The rounding up feature for saving is a fantastic idea. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

They just do stuff that you need a bank to do, and none of the clutter

It's the little things, like reminders of upcoming DD's (esp. if you don't have quite enough in the account!), instant notification/confirmation of a payment (so if your card is cloned you know immediately), and easy integration with other providers, such as Plum and Xero. BEST BANK EVER!

Literally so in love with this bank, I don’t have to worry about anything and if I do have an problem then I know I can count on the customer service, they are so reliable and friendly and helpful!
