Simple Banking

Opening an account with these guys has been one of the best moves I have made. It’s really simple to use and everything you want to see is there on your phone. No need to login to a website, visit a branch or make a call, it’s all there. I don’t miss my high street bank at all, they seem to be missing me though! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Awesome for travelling and saving money

I love how you can see your spending so easily, how using the card abroad is so easy too. I like setting different goals within the “spaces” to save up for things, I really like the “rounding up” feature to help save too. I have reccomended to numerous people already as it’s so easy to set up an account up too! Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

A bank for the future

I was switched over from Lloyds to Starling after banking with Lloyds for over 20yrs and have had many chances to switch but never got round to it. It was done for me automatically no problems. I was reluctant to switch but I must say the service has surpassed my expectations. It’s all in one app. You can deposit at any post office which is so handy and closer than going to the branch itself and cheque deposits are free to send in. I have used a few banks prev in my lifetime which were no were near as good as this as this one. They also send alerts for debits going out and credits coming in prior giving you time to think esp if something is coming out and you don’t have enough money in your ac which is ab life saving. It’s all done for you and then you can make the alternative arrangements, esp this day and age where you have little time this is an ab essential. Starling is def a bank of the future and an intelligent one. Keep up the good work. Whoever came up with this idea deserves an Oscar. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

First class product and service

Hugely impressed from the moment I opened the account -which was simplicity itself. Spent 10 weeks travelling in Australia in 2018 and calculated I saved thousands in foreign currency charges using my Starling card. The App is elegant and comprehensive and the customer service is superb. Making a call in the app from Australia and being answered by a real person at 2:00am UK time who was able to 100% address my issue in under 60 seconds is transformative. Keep up the good work!
