Smooth service in the UK and abroad

Really enjoy using my starling account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Best ever bank

So easy to set up and use. Select your own password in the set up. Instant message on phone with any spending giving details of where when and full amount. Easy to use abroad as well with again details shown in an instant update and with the excellent conversion rate in the app. There are no worries either about losing the card as it can be frozen in the app to stop all spending and unfrozen if you find it again. None of the difficulties I have encountered with other banks over a list card. I have been telling all my friends about it. So brilliant. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

An account that has got everything

I opened a current account with Starling, purely to use it as a travel card - as they don't charge you for using abroad and give you the best rate at the time of the purchase. I understand that you can use Sterling as a normal current account and can open different sections within as your savings. It's super easy to use and do. I like Starling that much that I recommended to my sister and boyfriend and have also opened a joint account up with my boyfriend so we can use this one as our travel card. We all have an account now. Would recommend Starling as an easy current account provider. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Modern banking as it should be

Having a nicely designed app, quick customer service and an easy to use system makes this feel like modern banking. I haven’t switched everything yet as I know they are new and will still be ironing out issues but overall it is great. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Overall great banking experience

This bank is great. From just downloading the app, Setting up your account, and the ease of setuping up payments it's all so initiative. The app is also great at exposing where you cash is going so you can budget and cut back on those things if need be. However the overseas experience is where this is above most banks as you just pay overseas and this card charges you the the mastercard equivalent rate of exchange which is as close to the spot rate as most I have seen so is great. No nosence bank

Excellent for budgeters

I absolutely loved how simple this account was to set up . I love the alerts when any activity on my account it's useful but also makes you feel more secure and as a budgeter I cannot praise the pot system highly enough , being able to round to pound is also a great concept .
