A breath of fresh air.

I’ve moved form HSBC, I’ve used them all my working life. Within days of opening Starling I knew I would transfer my account. When a start up can beat one of the longest established banks within such a short time the future for starling is amazing. I would recommend transferring, to anybody, without hesitation. Wonderful faceless bank :)

...why didn't Starling come earlier? The pains of modern day banking ended with Starling entrance. Fantastic bank; Real-time alerts, very interactive ios app and a very responsive customer care team. I wouldn't ask for any more. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Brilliant modern banking

Super fast set up, really clever app, I especially love the Spaces feature for savings. Really appreciate the interest on current account balances. Constant improvement is so refreshing compared to the high street banks. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Awesome to say the least

I’ve been a sterling customer now for almost a year, and it’s by far the best banking service I’ve used, as high street banks are often too busy, and awkward to get to at a time that is suitable for me. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Superb service quality

Since I've started using Starling current account I've blown away by the easy of use, intuitive app, worldwide card acceptance, no limit on abroad spendings without transaction fees and last but not least, great customer support. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Brilliant product, ok service

The app and the features are just brilliant, I had a plumber in for an emergency fix, we agreed I would transfer the money to his account as I did not have cash. I noticed when he was looking for his account number that he was a Starling Customer as well. 10s later money transferred and all is well. But they really have to spend some time with the customer service voice and text, great first contact but follow up on issues is a bit iffy Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
