Wish all banks were this simple and effective

Though my current account was only opened on a whim, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. By far the best functioning app and customer service. Very responsive. Fortunately I’m a high net worth account holder with my main bank so I haven’t fully transitioned just yet. But I will be moving my 2 other current accounts to starling permanently. Simply Straightforward Starling

I'm not particularly up-to-date with technology, but opening a new starling account using only my mobile phone was plain sailing. Once your account is open the app information is clear, relevant straighforward and uncomplicated to use. I especially like the simplicity of monthly 'spending' and income page, plus the ability to set and personalise categories on your transactions. I have used the Starling Mastercard abroad and unlike any other bank they do not charge for using your card or withdrawals from a cash machine. They pay interest on current accounts and notify you immediately of any transactions made. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

The bank with benefits that matches a busy lifestyle

This bank has been 1 an absolute life saver, 2 the best bank that I brag about all the time and 3 the only bank that sent me really good chocolate for them messing up a little and I mean it was something insignificant but they still said sorry with chocolate. Great inovative bank

Quite new to the bank but the quick reliable service is really impressive. A cheque I sent by post was cleared and in my account within three days. Transactiona leave the balance straight away so that you know exactly where you are with your finances. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
