Exceptional

Having been recommended to Starling Bank by a friend and taken the plunge in AUG 2018 I can honestly say that this bank has been a long time coming. It offers exceptional customer service and banking facilities which I found lacking in my previous bank. Great bank and great customer support

The app is so simple and easy to use compared to other banks, the instant notifications and merchant spending has allowed me to better control my finances. Whenever I’ve had a question or an idea for a feature I never hesitate to speak to the great support team, they’re always helpful and take on ideas. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
