Skeptic turned fan

Wasn't sure about moving away from my typical high street bank, but had been unsatisfied for a long time with bad customer service, long hold times, high fees and much more. Tested Starling and haven't looked back since. Absolutely fantastic service all round. Couldn't recommend enough. 10/10. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Best account for expats

I initially chose Starling because they offer a debit card with Mastercard exchange rate. That means I can use my GBP when I'm in EU without needing to transfer money to a EU bank account and still pay very low exchange rate. They are now going to add an EU account which is going to make my life even simpler and I won't need a EU account (normally come with a fee) anymore. Banking in the 21st century... finally!

Been with Starling for just over a year now. It's such a refreshing experience vs the big bank I'd been a customer of since I was young. We've now moved our joint account to Starling to gain the benefits such as upcoming direct debit payments, roundups and instant payment notifications. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Responsive and Feature Rich
