Fantastic bank

Just cancelled my HSBC premiere and business accounts in favour of Starling. This is the future of banking! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Absolutely brilliant

It’s a bank I’ve only recently started banking with and I’ve already tried it abroad. I cannot put it in words how amazing this company is. Real time information, notifications of upcoming direct debits payments going in and out, to exchange rates are all first class! I hope they do a VIP service in the near future like Revolt, as I would subscribe to that instantly! Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Good but needs improvement

The application is great but their attitude towards customers needs improvement. They don't listen to what all customers want and have promised features that never appear and ignore you when you ask about them. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

Best banking experience

This company is amazing. The app is beyond that of other accounts and keeps developing and expanding as time moves on. Customer service is tip top to. I tried to call, line was busy. Hung up and a wee while later they call me to make sure everything was okay. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
