A quick, innovative bank that is fit for the 21st century

I have been a customer of HSBC for about two years before moving to the Starling bank and i don't threat that rescission at all. There are no longer any problems with my card, missing funds, long and incessantly security check (which do not work at all 90% of the time), appalling customer service and the list can go on. With Starling, i can set money aside easily, check on my card, withdraw money abroad without fearing excess fees and in general enjoy my life with a little bit less stress knowing that this bank will keep my money and personal information safe while keeping the access to my account easy and straight forward. I didn't even start in Marketplace and constant features that keep on appearing in my feed. Like the money deposits via post office branches which are an absolutely amazing addition. A Market leading experience in every way

From the very start of thining of joining, through to the sign up and post joining experience, it really could not have been better. Everything just happens!! Fantastic user experience & customer service

All the major high street banks have left my village but we still have a post office. I love Starling - I can pay in money at the post office, their app is fantastic, their customer service team are by far the best I’ve come across and the bank card is beautiful! Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
