Best customer service and current account ever

I have had bad experiences with every bank I have been with except Starling!! I switched my current account and I wish I did it earlier, their layout is easy to use, their different functions, how all my spending is put into different categories so I can keep track of what I’m using. It’s amazing, simple, and easy to use. The customer service is second to none, if I have ever had any questions or issues they are solved instantly within at least 30 mins. They also tell me in advance when there is planned maintenance so I can prepare for it, it’s more than I can say for other banks. I loved it so much I got my wife to bank with them and we only bank with starling. 11/10!! Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Banking for real people

Everything about starling is easy to use you just download the app, apply and you get your card a few days later. You get notifications for everything you spend, when money goes in and customer service is fantastic. Everything you want from a bank!!! Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Does so much more than any other bank

I have been banking with one of the traditional high street banks for decades and Starling have managed to achieve more in customer satisfaction in months than my high st bank has in decades. Starling listen and respond - which is what makes them good. Brilliant service and facilities making you feel in control

I've been very impressed by the service received and the control that you get over your cards and the inbuilt trackers to help trace finances. The fact that you can use the card overseas with no fees is amazing. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
