The best Ive used ever

I worked in retail banking for 12 years for big global banks. And Starling has achieved what these banks can only dream of in a matter of years. I’m not saying it’s for everyone, but it is for me. I don’t need an army of overpaid bankers circling my cash to justify their existence and boost their egos. The basic processes are just that - basic. They’ve embraced the digital age and open banking and it means I’ve not had to speak to a bank or banker since I joined. Keep disrupting Starling. The world is a better place because of it. Love this bank

I’m a new user to Starling and I’m totally converted. It was recommended by my brother and I’ve now recommended 5 people. They are all in love with the simplicity of this account and it really helps to take control of your money and look after every penny. I will be leaving LLYODS in the new year and converting everything over to Starling. Cannot recommend highly enough Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Easy and reliable

I've opened my bank account in a few minutes and all the process was very simple. After all, my debit card has arrived in less than 7 working days. The bank is always in touch, I receive news letters in e-mail, they are always communicating the customer about changes and/or improvements, I don't pay any charge or fee (as I heard about some online bank are doing). As a satisfied customer I can highly recommend Starling bank. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Very customer focussed.

Starling are a great bank to use when travelling anyway but it quickly became apparent that they listen to their customers and have superb customer service, so I now use them as my main account. The app based banking is great but what really makes the bank are the improvements they have put in place since I signed up. Post Office deposits and the new penny saving abilitily standing out. They have more substance than competitors that simply go for the asthetics and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Impressive

I recently opened a current account after having switched from Santander to natwest and not being at all happy with Santander I have found natwest to be no better as soon as I get my £125 switch payment I'm moving to starling who have been brilliant so far Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
