Amazing bank

I opened an account with starling earlier this year and haven't looked back since. From the start the customer service I have received has been excellent and the features and benefits of the account and app are extensive, easy to use and very helpful. Easy to use

Best customer service and current account ever

I have had bad experiences with every bank I have been with except Starling!! I switched my current account and I wish I did it earlier, their layout is easy to use, their different functions, how all my spending is put into different categories so I can keep track of what I’m using. It’s amazing, simple, and easy to use. The customer service is second to none, if I have ever had any questions or issues they are solved instantly within at least 30 mins. They also tell me in advance when there is planned maintenance so I can prepare for it, it’s more than I can say for other banks. I loved it so much I got my wife to bank with them and we only bank with starling. 11/10!! Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Banking for real people

Does so much more than any other bank

I have been banking with one of the traditional high street banks for decades and Starling have managed to achieve more in customer satisfaction in months than my high st bank has in decades. Starling listen and respond - which is what makes them good.
