From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. Starling ain't that helpful....

Had an issue whereby the let a retailer take from monies from my account twice, when I only authorised it once. According to Starling, that's perfectly fine. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
