Best current account

Great app, quickest customer service, bank for 21st century, no fee Reviewed on: 11th November 2018

Best bank i have ever used 24/7 service.

It gives me more control over my card like where it can be used. My personal fav is the quick card lock. The only thing that is missing is a time based transaction log and a web based interface. Reviewed on: 11th November 2018

Great Challenger Bank

Starling has impressed me with their excellent customer services and interesting integrations such a Flux. The only thing missing is web banking, but hopefully that would appear eventually. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018

An example of how banking should be done

Starling seem to be so cutting edge in what is a market where traditional high street banks are closing yet not investing in the technology. The time and effort they have put into developing a first class app is evident through the quality design and build, and great features. Instant payment notifications are so useful and being able to pay a nearby contact on Starling is very helpful. Customer service has always been quick and polite whether it’s over phone, messaging or live chat. Long live Starling Bank to put the traditional and stuffy high street banks to shame! Easy to use good rates

Started off great, but went downhill.

Really started off well, but after almost 18 months with this bank I left. Customer service went down. They would promise new features that never materialize. They really startef acting like the traditional banks they're trying to challenge. Left my account open but can't see me going back. Their ethos just needs a refresh. Reviewed on: 10th November 2018
