Amazing and easy

I use this account for day to day expenses so I know that all my spending will be tracked and I can see with the various categories where my money went. Amazing customer support with a zany sense of humour, I'm in love with this bank :) Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

Customer first bank

Starling are giving the customer the tools needed to manage their personal finance in a much smarter way. A fantastic app, savings goals, real time transaction notifications and an excellent overdraft facility are just some of the highlights that Starling offer. And this is just the start of the journey, with the upcoming Marketplace offering about to gather pace, the customers are going to be given even more choice and control over their money. Convience

A current account that has more plus features than minus will always win my vote. The account has been making my holidays and short breaks feel exactly like that without the stress of keeping track of the exchange rate conversion, additional fees, and other hidden charges per transaction. 7 of my friends have been signed up and I haven’t heard a bad review from this account from them yet. The bank account feels like it’s designed for me with its instant alerts and the way the new goals feature works. It’s simple to use and works for me and the other 7 friends of mine. Better banking all round

It's not just a great app, the entire customer experience and transparency from Starling is excellent. Add that to the fact that everything happens instantaneously - from receiving notifications of payments even while abroad (with the value in the local currency and Pounds - fee-free) before a receipt has been printed, through to getting set up with an account in 10 minutes. They were there via in-app messaging at 3am when I thought I had an issue too - free, fast, efficient, effortless. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

Good to be different

Most complete mobile banking App

A customer from the launch of the Starling Android App my account pays my domestic direct debits. Having spent 21 years in retail banking working at one of the Big Four its clear that Starling's service and technology are impressive. They offer the most comprehensive banking service available on mobile in the UK. This includes both payments and credit with an overdraft decision within minutes of account opening. All done without paper or signed forms at rates which the incumbents can't match. Not only do I trust Starling with my bill payments but it is where my Bank pension now gets credited! Innovative services such as Goals the Marketplace deliver now what PSD2 promises but which no other Bank can match. All this from a small and hardworking team that are just smashing it. Go Starling!
