Amazing, innovative, modern, always improving, amazing support.

I haven't completely switched over to having Starling Bank my only account, but it's getting ever closer to that. The app is incredibly easy to use and is constantly being improved. The potential for developers with the Starling API is also a huge contributing factor to me making an account. The one time I had to contact customer support it was almost as instant as an IM chat and they were more than happy to help the best they could. Big fan and only becoming more so! Banking done right.

I have been with Starling for 6 months now and everything has been seamless, queries resolved straight away, an almost too easy switching experience and a feeling that they are listening to their customers and actually changing their product and development cycle based on customer feedback. Starling Bank's current account has proved to be this years best financial product for me. From using the card free abroad to the management features like categorised spending, card management and saving goals provided via the app. It's been a pleasure to bank with them, even in their infancy.
