My only criticism of Starling is that I have been trying to set up a space with no overdraft and that doesn’t have any access to the main account but that can also provide a debit card that can be loaded onto a phone. Otherwise Starling are easily the best bank I’ve dealt with Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Amazing amazing amazing

Great Customer service

Any issue I’ve had I’ve been able to use the web chat or phone customer services and they’ve been able to deal with my issue efficiently and been extremely helpful. Issues I’ve had with traditional banks haven’t been a problem here. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
