Starling has an excellent app

Starling has an excellent app that has rock solid reliability and with useful insights such as spending reports and controls such as being able to freeze the card. It was easy to open an account and I’ve never needed to be able to pay into a branch so haven’t missed the bricks and mortar aspect of banking that high street banks provide. My payments are all made on time and I receive useful real-time notifications such as card payments and direct debit payments. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Always v professional.

Always v professional. Especially like the cheque deposit facility which other banks can’t seem to get right. Decent rate on current account and v intuitive to use. Like Spaces feature. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Always feel in control of my incomings and outgoings.

Starling notifies me about every transaction enabling me to keep on top of my finances. Certain features like Spaces let me manage my money effectively. They have very good customer services. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
