Customer service is outstanding.

Customer service is outstanding. I have rarely ever had to wait longer than a minute or two before my call or in-app message is answered. Updates and enhancements to the app are rolled out regularly and I have not experienced any bugs. It is slick and just works. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

One very happy customer!

I needed to find a new bank last february for personal reasons, and first tried to set one up with first direct (based on recommendation from a friend) who took forever to come back to me, and i never received the pack, so gave up. I therefore looked myself and happened upon starling, and all seemed good so I set up an account straightaway with immense ease. This has been one of the best financial decisions i have made, and now do ALL of my banking with them. I have been so impressed with the functionality of the app, and the online environment, i have also got my mother on Starling; it has revolutionised banking for us and we would not go back! I rave to my family and friends about the brilliance of the saving spaces and the helping out card, both such a simple concepts but just genius! Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Bank of the Decade

Love Starling love being able to budget with Spaces and use a space to auto pay for food on my phone and auto pay for fun on my watch. It’s the best and the team are pretty great too. A great app and much better than the traditional banks

The app is so easy to use with very clear information about your bills, spending, etc, and the customer service has been fantastic whenever I have had to use it. There's some great add-ons as well, and the use of savings pots has been useful as well Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
