Easiest bank ever!

I started banking with Starling for my business around 3 years ago now and had the best experience. Everything is at your fingertips through a very intuitive app and customer service (should you ever need to use them...you probably won't) is superb. I love Starling so much that I have switched my current account to them, as has my partner and our 2 kids have too - no other bank compares! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Simple honest banking

I would recommend starling bank to any body who wants to bank with ease and no worries, there customer service is very responsive they are there for you if you run into trouble with rouge merchants providing if you have evidence and proof of the transaction. I wanted to try an online bank that was designed specifically to be just that..

I got fed up with the main stream banks closing their branches and making me travel further to get advice or decisions. Being in my 70's I tend to stay loyal to companies but they pushed me too far. I researched online banks and found that Starling Bank kept coming up and decided to use the Bank Switching service and although I was apprehensive it really worked well. Simple to use, ethical bank with great features

Wish I'd changed to this bank from my old high street bank years ago! Love the 'spaces' feature that allows me to set money aside in different 'pots' and even pay bills from those spaces. Full, detailed and customisable breakdown of my spending. No foreign exchange fees. Been with Starling for around 5 years now, and no problems at all. Great to know that my money is not invested in harmful organisations. Great app that is continually improved for a good customer experience. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
