Ever since I switched a couple years ago, I can't help but recommend Starling to all my friends and family. Quick and efficient transfers & transactions, instant updates, helpful customer service, easy to understand and navigate - and from what I've heard & experienced so far - one of the few banks that are worth trusting. Easy to use with lots of helpful features

Whilst there can be some challenges for having an online only bank account - the benefits vastly outweigh them for me! The helpful features such as saving spaces, bills space and breakdown of what you are spending where is a really helpful way to keep on top of your finances - even if that’s something you can find overwhelming or difficult like I used to! If you want a modern intuitive app which provides for easy 24 hour banking, Starling must be at the top of the list. I was sceptical at first because they don't have walk 8n branches. The truth of the matter is, if the online service works properly, you don't need branches. I would never return to archaic High Street banks! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
