The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy to use

Fantastic, easy to use Bank account. Setting up direct debit details, no problems. Customer services, easy to understand. Receive Emails about payment due, date, amount and company name, Keeping me updated about payments in, and out of the bank account. Keep up with the ease of use Starling bank. Innovative yet user friendly!

The app is just brilliant, accessible, secure and informative. The double security through the app when I make online purchases is great as I feel nobody can spend my money with me knowing anymore! Also ha e the kite for my 8 year old and she loves being able to see how much she has on her card saved up. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
