The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent, forward thinking bank

Starling make it easy to manage your bills and save with spaces. I get paid, my bills money goes to my bills space which is all set up. My bills all go out on time, I don't have to think about it. Customer services have been good when I've ever had to contact them. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Tomorrow's banking today

Having switched from a highstreet bank to Starling I was amazed at how fresh and slick everything worked. No more clunky web portals or retrofitted apps bolted on to archaic banking. It's so easy
