I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

How a modern bank should run

I switched from First Direct, where I had been a member for over a decade. The switch itself was simple and Starling gave me loads of updates throughout. The app is great and has lots of really helpful features. It really takes the stress out of managing your money. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Great customer service. I have had a few questions regarding the account and they were answered with no issues and no issues in using the card/account. Great way to save with the spaces options.
