GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIMES AND OFFERED A DELAYED START DATE DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

Holiday Illness

We were on holiday in Spain when i took ill suddenly.I was taken into a private hospital for 2 nights for pneumonia! Then we had to stay at hotel till i was fit to fly home.staysure were there for us 100% on the end of the phone and paid for everything up front.This took the stress away from us big time.I had to be flown home with a medical expert and this was paid for too as was a private ambulance home from the airport.I have never experienced a company more caring and professional. We would use them now every time we go abroad and would recommend them to anyone who needs instant action,no quibbles,and such caring staff.Thank you Staysure. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
