GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIMES AND OFFERED A DELAYED START DATE DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

It was great to be able to have cover available in case I could travel, yet still extend the start date if I did'nt. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Outstanding coverage

We used StaySure purely due to their level of Covid cover to travel abroad and although we didn’t thankfully need to use it while we were away we were grateful that we could go away during times of uncertainty knowing our cover was comprehensive and put our minds at rest leading up-to the holiday as well as during it. As well as this we were also able to add extras on at anytime such as the changes to FDO guidelines which we used, it truly did make our holiday feel seamless and we could relax throughout. Good customer relations with sales staff on initial interview. Covered all aspects of cover making sure we had the right cover for our trip

Summer Holiday with Security

Well, we've never had to use the Insurance, but I'm sure if we didn't have it and we were abroad at the time, I don't want to think about the consequences if it was needed. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021

Covid response

They were very quick to respond to the situation offering cover even when the FCO advised against travel. We used it to go to France at the end of last year but fortunately had no need to call on it although we were very reassured to know that we had cover. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021
