So reassuring fabulous company!!

To say Step change changed my life would be an understatement!! Absolutely fabulous company and an even more fabulous team of people! The team have been so reassuring and understanding even when it was a pretty dark time for me. Easy structure once my debt management plan was up and running and I can keep track of exactly where I am with my repayments. Instant peace of mind

Save my life

I don’t know where to start! I was referred to step changes by my bank HSBC’s. I was struggling with ´my finance and reach my lowest moment in life. As a nurse people expect you to be financially stable. Unfortunately for me, I had experience bereavement. I didn’t know about step changes. Coming to step change , I thought I was going to judge and told off! I felt embarrassed and struggled to admit that I was struggling. I took the courage to call step change as per my bank advice . Everyone to whom I spoke too were very professional ! They listen to me with caring and compassion ! They took time to look into my finance and where I was falling. I have never had saving but today I have saving. I received coaching over the phone in regards to my finance . They advised me not to borrow again and get rid of my credit cards. All of these were done with caring and good support. I feel now I can breath. I was able to to get breathing space which has help so much. Thank you for your support ! Great support and advice.

I ask for advice and help with my debt problems and was given great advice and help, I had a payment plan set up with ease and they dealt with the company's I owe money to, nothing was to much trouble and I did not feel judged or useless. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

Saved my life

Having never been in debt after losing my job I didn't know where to turn, I had mental health issues and anxiety from COVID. The team were amazing treated me with respect and they sprung into action straight away to get my life back. I do not know where I would be without them to me the are part of the emergency services.
