Fantastic service

Before my friend suggested to ask step change for help I was becoming over run by my debts and was feeling overwhelmed. Then my friend told me about how step change literally changes her life, so I thought what's the harm. I filled out the easy on line application, and received a prompt acceptance, I have found that I now have so much less stress over how I'm going to find money for necessity that we all require and it was also easy and very friendly customer service when I did require some help with my application. Absolutely Brilliant

The service from the outset is so supportive and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for anything better during my ‘hour’ of need. Where you creditors turn a deaf ear, Step Change come into their own. Gave me my life back!

I cannot praise Step Change enough for their kind and friendly approach, as well as coming up with a solution to my financial problems. My budget is still a stretch but at least it's not stretched to breaking point. My saviour

I thought I was going to have to go down the IVA route, until a colleague told me about debt change. I'm so glad I did, they have been amazing by taking control of my finances. I can now sleep at night knowing I'm going to be able to clear my debts. I have spoken to an agent at Step change a couple of times. They are really caring and supportive. Absolutely wonderful. Finally my debts are in order

After struggling to pay my debts which is close to 10k not being able to pay unaffordable direct debits to lenders I was loosing hope in having a steady financial situation, but then I got in contact to step change after my partner advised me to do soo. I’ve sat down and spend few hours giving all my information to this charity they were able to help me not just get on track with affordable debt management plan but also not feel bad that I was in desperate need of financial help, I was put on affordable payment plan where I know how much I pay every month and how long it will take me to pay back I now can finally be able to budget myself to a way where I can afford little things to my self and it always fits in with my monthly budget, if I am in doubt I can always call them and team is always helpful in listening and advising like friend to friend in formal way rather then making you feel like you second class citizen. Over all I am really happy with they service and if I had money to spare I would definitely donate some to make sure the help like this is available to people not just like me but others with bigger debts.
