I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

expert team and great advice

I have had a debt management plan for 14 years following disability and running up large debts,the staff were very understanding and the advice given was to the point and easy to understand. I have had no issues in all that time with the companies I owe money to because Stepchange dealt with them for me.Amazing staff easy to talk to and would recommend to anyone. Excellent

I have been with Step Change a few years now and they have helped me tremendously. I can't thank them enough. They took care of everything for me and are always approachable and understanding. There is no judgement and they have heard all before. I felt extremely comfortable discussing my money issues, debts etc with them and we found a solution which was acceptable to myself and my creditors. Much needed help

I was in so much dept and struggling to pay everything, I contacted stepchange and they put me on the right plan I have 6 months left on my dept now and the money I was paying to them will no go into a savings account so I don't get in this position again.
