The advisers are excellent, patient and knowledgeable, aware they deal with people highly stressed by the pressure of being in debt and unable to cope with all aspects of managing it. This “unfortunately” is the 2nd time I’ve used Stepchange over the years. I find them to be utterly professional and their on line tooling extremely easy to complete/use. The feeling you get knowing that your debt is being repaid back but in a manageable way is awesome, literally a weight off your shoulders. I’m looking forward to being debt free is a short few years and not a complaint in sight from anyone during the first 18 months of my plan. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
