Everyone on the team are very helpful and put your mind at ease and give you the best advise possible to put your mind at ease. Once everything was in place it put your mind at ease and they keep in touch all the time at regular intervals and making sure that you can afford to pay the debts off comfortably. Stepchange helped me when I needed it most

Stepchange helped me get out of a very difficult situation where I didn't see a way out. I reached out to the charity when I was at the point of being unable to pay my debts. They talked me through my options, were non-judgemental and contacted each of my creditors to agree a plan.
