It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Much needed support from a trusted company

When things started to get on top of us during the lockdown, we didn't know what to do and suffered in silence for quite some time until one of our credit card companies recommended Step Change if we were struggling financially. As we have never been in this situation before, we did not know what to expect but straight from the initial contact, their friendly advisors put us at ease and guided us through the whole process which involved us following their easy to understand online services. We have now been with them for 2 years and found our stress levels much better and whenever things get difficult (due to spiralling bills we are all facing), they are always on hand to guide us through and get us into a position where we can afford to keep everything paid on time in a way that is manageable and easy to keep track of online. Definitely recommend if you are like us and struggling in what to do, don't bury your head, get in touch with a friendly, trusted company who will help you every step of the way! Amazing staff

Step change have helped turn my life around for me and my family. After losing my job due to covid I was unable to make my repayments and they were there. Reassuring friendly understand real life situations

I was very embarrassed and full of fear about my life situation i had gotten into. They listened to me and helped to reassure me that as long as I keep in touch with them they could and would help me. They were fabulous and I felt safe telling them about everything.
