I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Amazing staff

Step change have helped turn my life around for me and my family. After losing my job due to covid I was unable to make my repayments and they were there. All the staff I’ve dealt with are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No question I have asked has gone unanswered, always putting my mind at ease and vastly improving my mental health. Reassuring friendly understand real life situations

I was very embarrassed and full of fear about my life situation i had gotten into. They listened to me and helped to reassure me that as long as I keep in touch with them they could and would help me. They were fabulous and I felt safe telling them about everything. So much help

I was so embarrassed to find myself in debt and it was Such a huge step to make that call. The support I received was terrific and frankly it was the best advice ever. I'm getting on top of my debt. Professional reliable & very helpful.

Step Change Debt Management Plan they helped me get out of a rut where I had a credit card debt and fell behind with some other Bill's. Friendly non judgemental advice and support.

After building up an unmanageable amount of debt, I felt ashamed and didn't know what to do. Stepchamge was recommended by a medical professional. They have been a great amount of support in managing my debt and helping to form a plan to get it paid. I've got my life back and I feel in control of my spending and budgeting again.
