No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Professional reliable & very helpful.

Step Change Debt Management Plan they helped me get out of a rut where I had a credit card debt and fell behind with some other Bill's. They helped me to get my finances in order and help reduce my stress and anxiety problems worrying how I could manage my finances again. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022

Friendly non judgemental advice and support.

After building up an unmanageable amount of debt, I felt ashamed and didn't know what to do. Stepchamge was recommended by a medical professional. They have been a great amount of support in managing my debt and helping to form a plan to get it paid. I've got my life back and I feel in control of my spending and budgeting again. Life saver!

Patience

I suffer from anxiety and depression. This means that I often struggle to explain myself or the problem I need solving. Stepchange never rush me and always listen when I phone. Professional and supportive

Sleepless nights, social isolation and deteriorating mental health all relating to my debt…….then I was recommended Step Change! One phone call and everything changed for me!
