It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Patient, informative and understanding

My debts had spiralled out of control and the interest was just Pilling on. Step change took their time, first phone call was over an hour long, spanned two advisors as one had finished their shift, yet she did most of it and handed me to her colleague after bringing him upto speed. I got honest advise and was never judged. They made a difficult process easy and gave lots of advise. They can be life savers. Their help gave me hope and improved the quality of my life.
