Very helpful staff not judgemental

Good service and very understanding

Two years ago I contacted Step Change with £17k of credit card debits and I could see no way of paying them off as I could only afford to pay the monthly interest every month. After contacting Step Change they got the interest frozen on the accounts and we made a budget to repay a monthly amount, I am now debit free as from the 10th July 21. Thank You Step Change.
