I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Practical Help and Friendly Support!

Having been serial credit card spenders we were getting deeper and deeper into debt. The head-in-the-sand approach was obviously not working and eventually we rather desparately got in touch with StepChange Debt Charity. They have been brilliant. They have a non-judgemental, practical and friendly attitude towards their clients. You are able to talk through any issues and it is so reassuring to have the excellent support that these people provide...all for free! Emerging from the worry cloud

When I finally went to StepChange for help I was at the end of the road. Debts were mounting up beyond my ability to repay them. I had managed to bring up my children alone and help both of them through university. But I had started to ‘Rob Peter to pay Paul’ and found myself in a nightmare of juggling spiralling debt. Unable to log in to account

Very happy apart from not being able to view my statements as the email you use to send me emails is correct but it says its not a valid email so not able to view statements or do my review online I have questioned this on numerous occasions but as yet it has still not been sorted if anyone can help?
