StepChange helped me at one of the lowest and most stressful points in my life, when I genuinely did not know what to do or where to turn. They treated me with kindness, respect, and without judgement. Their support gave me the breathing space I desperately needed to regain some control and start moving forward again. My situation is not a quick fix and will take a few years to fully clear my debts, but thanks to StepChange I finally feel like I have a realistic path forward instead of just panic and uncertainty. Brilliant, helpful organisation.

I found myself in a very difficult situation, and I felt hopeless. The advisor at StepChange was absolutely brilliant, very professional but caring, and helped me immensely sort my debts out into a manageable monthly payment, and the fact they contact the companies for you is so helpful in managing a very stressful and frankly an embarrassing situation.
