A fantastic service that helped turn my life around

I reached out to Step Change when my life reached rock bottom following years of depression and gradually descent into debt. The weight that I felt lift off my shoulders after they took over dealing with those I owed money too was what gave me the strength to carry on. Almost eight years on I will soon be debt free and I am already looking ahead to a new start. They are simply brilliant

Some three years ago we were in desperate trouble with debts over 20k and not knowing where to turn, now three years later, we are under 13k, and every step of the way the people there have been more than helpful. They will always listen and help if something unexpected comes up and while our creditors aren't exactly happy, they trust and respect Stepchange to keep us on track, paying off what we can afford each month and lowering our debt.
