Amazing Support

Debt is a scary thing, especially when you let it pile up. I contacted StepChange 2 years ago and they supported me through the process of managing and paying back my debt in a manageable way. I literally could feel the weight of this stress being lifted off my shoulders. Absolutley fantastic

To say these are a charity based organisation I would like to say what an amazing job you are doing. I got myself into debt with credit cards and bank loans, I was so scared as I didn't no what to do. I contacted my bank and they actually recommended step change, best thing I ever did, yes it's going to take a long time to pay my debts off but I know they are now under control. Peace of mind

I was in a very bad place with my debts. Most of the debts were taken to help family. Now I seemed to be drowning in all of this and unable to rectify it myself and deal with the creditors due to my emotional state. Yet I was working about 70 hours a week. Now I do a budget and stick to it. And every little penny I can afford to pay the loans I give. But I feel better and I am not dreading opening my letters anymore. Just Great

I had a lot of debt and the company were just on my back all the time and it was making me ill. I then heard about Step Change so I contacted them and they went through everything with me and put me on a Debt Management program and contacted all my creditors for me and make all payments direct for me. Very helpful and understanding

StepChange don't judge, they don't make you feel bad, they just offer good advice, sort everything out for you and they offer continuing advice.
