Peace of mind

After always having a 100% credit rating I was scammed out of a large sum of money by a Bitcoin company. My life became a nightmare until STEPCHANGE came to my rescue, I now have no credit rating but I am able to sleep again at night. The staff are always helpful and non judgemental .. A life saver and great counselling service

When I thought my world had come to an end and I thought I’d lose everything they calmed me down, helped me organise my debts. Made me stop trying to pay just one debt at the cost of the other debts. Helped me budget so I could still live and have a life while paying off my debt. It’s going to take time but I’ve managed and still had a life. Have got married and amazingly bought a house, something I never thought imaginable. They are always so helpful, kind and caring on the phone and have never once judged me. A weight lifted off my shoulders

From being in a position where I didn't know which way to turn, Stepchange quickly arranged agreement with the companies to whom I owed money. Set my budget and arranged payment in one Monthly amount. The letters stopped, the phone stopped ringing and I can now sleep at night again.
