Very helpful and efficient

I fell behind with my credit card payments after I was furloughed last year, during the pandemic. Step Change made the process of going through my budget and addressing my creditors so simple. They made contact directly with them and all I have to do is make one simple payment each month and they take care of the rest. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Life Savers

I received excellent support and good advice when my circumstances changed. My creditors were not helpful, but Step Change really helped.
