Step change the best thing i did for peace of mind

StepChange has literally changed my life!

I have been cleard of 17k debt which has been on my back for 7 years. The customer service, functionality of website and payment system is ahead of anything else out there! This organisation deserves more recognition as it is saving people not just financially, but also improves the lives and mental well-being of the misfortunate such as myself. Without the outstanding help, knowledge, comfort of feeling I was getting the very best advice for my own needs, my whole life would have been in tatters if it hadn't been for the staff of Step Change

My life would have been very difficult now, not only financially but mentally too. The debt I found myself in was not because I was a gambler or someone who over spent etc.. I was a business woman with a private daycare nursery and costs and poor funding affected my cashflow in the end. My staff kept their jobs, and I walked away, handing my business, staff and children over to a charity who could finance the child care better than I could. Reviewed on: 12th July 2020
