Caring understanding helpful

They helpt me when I was at the end of my tether.They listened,reassured me.Made me feel confident, in dealing with my problem.So I would say simple the best and thank you. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

They listened, provided help and never judged me

I was feeling desperate and depressed with the pressure of my debts. I spoke to Step Change. That call was life changing. They listened carefully and never judged. The gave me options and explained the process for each. They had a recommendation for the direction I should take. Amazing they contacted all the people I owed money too. The accruing interest was stopped and an affordable repayment plan which was affordable to me was arranged. As my circumstances have change, so has my income and expenditure. They were thereto review the changes and make recommendations to amend the amount I pay each month. No further contact with the companies I owe money to. Everything is through StepChange. No nasty letters, no demanding phone calls. I am paying my debts back at a rate affordable to me. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

Sleep again...
