Great Sevice

Changed my life

I was left in an enormous amount of debt following my divorce. I had buried my head in the sand and didn't realise I could get help. Thankfully I contacted stepchange who put everything into perspective, talked to creditors and helped me plan. A couple of years ago it was going to take me over 100 years to pay off my debts. Currently its less than 5 so I feel in control and that life has something to offer. Everyone i spoke to was non judgemental really friendly and helpful. Their advice is practical. Kind, helpful, professional, understanding

I have a few friends who are on Dmp’s with other companies and when I talk to them about review rime, they dread it as they feel they are being judged. With stepchange, I couldn’t ask for a kinder, more helpful, understand and professional consultant to deal with my account. I am so grateful that I found them and even though I am mostly late on my annual reviews, they go over and above themselves to assist me.
