Always there to help

Step change are always sending debt advice and ways in which you can gain support. They are there whenever you encounter any financial issues and can usually do something to help you. After finding ourselves in financial difficulties some time ago, I plucked up the courage to contact Stepchange. It was the best thing I could have done, the people I spoke to made me feel that I wasn’t on my own and talked me through a debt management plan and it felt like they were holding my hand every step of the way. Beyond helpful.

Really took so much strain of me with my debts. They explain everything in so much detail and take there time on the phone to you. They work with how much YOU can afford and makes life so much easier. I’d highly recommend these, and I have to many people and will continue to do so. Stepchange actually saved my life. I was at a stage where I couldn’t cope. I couldn’t even open my letters as I feared what was inside. Thank god I phoned them.
