Excellent, understanding, genuine, helpful

When I first contacted Stepchange, I was nervous and my finances were in a mess due to some personal circumstances. They were so easy and understanding to talk to and devised a DMP that works for me. Peace of Mind

I went to Stepchange when my husband became ill and could not work any more, which meant we were trying to live on my wage. Finances were getting more and more behind and we were very stressed and worried. After talking to Stepchange they advised me on how we could manage our finances and still buy food. The people at Stepchange have always been helpful, friendly and have always made me feel I can cope. I would recommend them to any one who has any financial problems and I am so please I found them.
