Changed my life

I was in alot of debt which I could no longer afford to pay everything and everyone even after taking on a 2nd job at weekend. Fell into deep depression heavily drinking I didn't know what to do until I finally took the step to change and rang stepchange. They were amazing it was a massive relief and weight off my shoulders as soon as I came off the phone I felt like myself again. Helpful

Outstanding

I had hit rock bottom and did not know how to move forward until I spoke to Step Change. The helped me rebuild a structured plan and I am now paying down my debt. The best part of it was that Step Changes stopped me from feeling alone, and that finally I could talk openly and honestly without being rushed and most importantly, never judged. No worries

stepchange have sorted my debts into small monthly payments i can afford. They have taken away my worries and i now have peace of mind knowing im doing the best i can do for a year till my review. Peace of mind

Totally Supportive

I have been with Stepchange for a few years now and I can honestly say that they have been suppotive of me in all the challenges life has thrown at me. They have always been so understanding when there has been a change in my financial situation and they are so easy to talk to. They go out of their way to make you feel that there is nothing to be ashamed of and more importantly ,that they are there to help you.
